As she sits at her desk, there are 2 cameras inspiring her; her Grandpa’s camera that her grandma bought for him before he left for the war & her Grandparent’s first “family” camera- Ansco Shur-shot Jr. (what a cute name!) Carissa started her love for photography at a young age & has continued to follow her passion. She, finally, went digital a few years ago after years of training in the darkroom. Her high-standards regarding color & perfection make her portraits stellar!
She lives with her husband, son & crazy great dane, Bella!

A scientist by day and super stealthy photographer by night, Aimee loves to photograph your best face. With her journalistic style, she delights in making “moments” of the everyday and coaxing out the radiance in a good laugh. Aimee loves to play and create and lately has been experimenting with stop-motion animation, puppetry, and food dehydrating. She has a passion for all things local and sustainable, and is an active volunteer with the farm at Open Arms. She also just learned to knit and has found this to make her previously “wasted” time more productive.
Haley has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Minnesota, with a concentration in photography and painting. She has been practicing photography for over ten years now and has a rich experience in a variety of settings. Haley’s specialty is making people feel comfortable in front of the camera, making it possible for her to capture a true personality and not an over-posed, stiff smile. She likes to make artsy stuff like books, cards and paintings using the photos she has taken, so maybe she could make something for you! Haley is pregnant with her first child and looks forward to starting a family with the love of her life.
